The Clients I choose to work for are those who feel their investment is worth more than being just another number in a cereal box of big chain real estate companies.

I’ve been a Top Producing Agent for the same boutique firm for nearly 20 years, contending against the largest firms you can think of. Most agents do a few large transactions a year and call it good and get lazy. That’s not me, I love the art of the deal and crave putting great deals together at any size.

People describe me as down to earth, a mover and a shaker, and a likable person. The root of my ambition of Real Estate I consider being in my DNA from two major influences in my life, my Grandparents on my Father’s side and my Mother. My Grandparents were developers and business owners and my Mother is a veteran Real Estate Broker. I’ve learned the angle of the real estate world from ground level up. If I ever get stumped, I am quick to investigate and feel like I can crown myself as a master problem solver.  This has advanced me in my personal real estate ambitions where I now have multiple different types of income producing properties and I have big dreams to expand my portfolio. This is a benefit to my clients as I bring this experience and knowledge to the table.

In addition, I am a Mike Ferry trained Agent. Mike Ferry is a Legend in the Real Estate world. His education for me was equivalent to a Harvard Education. It was very expensive and I had a robust amount of training and have been all over the nation a conferences and attending 101 training. I also am certified in other categories of my field, but I won’t bore you with listing those credentials.

I also served my community by serving 4 years on the Canton City Council where the former Council was once before negatively gridlocked for decades. Our Council was able to negotiate and problem solve a lot of red tape issues for our town and community. I take great pride in being apart of that success. We were able to bring in Christus Mother Francis a top notch 24 hour ER Care Facility with patient rooms, where before we had no emergency care facility. We have a new City Hall. We have a New Police Station with new Communication software for the officers that isn’t archaic that put their lives in danger, and Pocket Park downtown, resurfaced Tennis Courts and Basketball courts in our parks, and Running Trails for the families to enjoy. In short, serving on the Council was a Blast, I loved being apart of it all!
